Aikido players: Phillip, Troy, and Sal

Techniques:

I worked with Sal on 1-10. We went through them all, 3 tries on each side on each technique. Then we worked our way back through the trouble spots: Gedan-ate, Ushiro-ate, Use-gaeshi, Hiki-taoshi.

Phillip and Troy worked on Hiki-otoshi and then 1-4
