While waiting for Brad to stretch out, Troy and I worked on Hiki-otoshi. He managed to get a number of good throws after a little bit of work.

We then worked with Brad on 1-3 of Ju Nana Hon Kata.

Then we worked with Troy on 14, 15, and 16 of Ju Nana Hon Kata.
