Techniques:

We worked through the first six of Ju Nana Han Kata.  We only managed the right side for Oshi-taoshi.  Progress in knocking the rust off on all of them proceded apace and without any real unexpected issues.

Aftermath:

A number of bruises from the entry for Ushiro-ate.
